they didnt not agree. koncz said they asked for 7 days knowing floyd would not accept anything other than NO CUT OFFS. therefore, THEY DID NOT AGREEComment

I agree. Are they done? Are the tuneups over now? Good. Sign to fight Mayweather and cut out all this unnecessary "I need a week, I need a month" crap. Just make the fight happen.Arum talks more about making a fight with Floyd than actually
making it happen. I still think the pressure is on Pac to fight
Floyd. No matter how many fighters he looks good over, Floyd
will be brought up because Pac has to fight him and Floyd too.
How can Arum continue to bull**** us like this? Just make the
fight happen and stop telling us what you will do. I also find
Arum's 3 steps for making the fight happen funny.Comment

Pretty positive it is a well known fact that they have been trying to make it. It isn't all Bob Arum... Why don't you guys process info correctly?..Comment

Ok, it wasn't Alex Arize like I thought but Michael Konz.
My mistake for confusing the two but it is as plain as
day that Manny didn't accept the terms so why would
people keep saying that if it is not true?Comment

You might have misquoted Ariza. From what i know, Pacquiao already agreed to random testing up to fight night. Floyd refused for some reason. Worst, Floyd's team even denied there were such a negotiation that even HBO was forced to come out to refute Floyd's claim. Couldn't blame Floyd though, his uncle Roger was starting to have legal problems then. Perhaps that was the reason why they backed out.
But i do hope that this mega fight will happen. Nobody out there that is more attractive for Pacquiao to fight.Comment
