Haye's speed means he will get to Wlad's dodgy chin before Wlad get's to Haye's dodgy chin so I reckon Hayemaker will KO Wlad .... Vitali is a different ball park as he'll probbly be able to take the shots that Haye WILL land on him but will Haye be able to take it from Vitali? doubtful. He's only chance with vitali is to not get hit and he may be able to do that for 5/6/7/8 rounds but 12? I dunno.

My vote Haye beats Wlad by KO
and I'm waiting to see how that one goes before putting my money either way with Vitali
btw he should defo fight Wlad first he is the dodgy one ... if he fights vitali first and losses thats that.

Haye's speed will have to beat the best jab in the game, it's not as easy as you make it sound. If Ruiz could tag him what makes you think Wlad can't? Maybe if this was Wlad of 6 years ago but not now.
