Who gives a **** if he's fighting bigger guys when those guys are weight drained, shot, and past prime?

Margacheato, Clottey, Cotto, and Hatton were past prime, shot, and weren't coming off an impressive win.

Yet..you fail to see my point...Pacquiao is getting hit HARD by bigger guys...which is increasing his ring age while still getting older...as he slows---Mayweather will have a bigger advantage due to his boxing skills....Mayweather IS waiting for Pacquiao to get OLD.

          I agree...

Pac has not taken a lot of punishment since he moved up. He took a lot more punishment at the lower weight classes.

Margacheato hurt Manny once because Manny wanted to be a tough guy. He did not need to put his back against the ropes and let Margacheato throw punches.

He took very little punishment in the DLH, Hatton, and Clottey fight. Clottey got him with the upper cuts, but decided to be defensive the whole fight.

Cotto did some damaged in the first 4 rounds and decided to get on his bicycle for the final 8 rounds.

Once Pacquiao starts to slow down and loose some of that athleticism = Mayweather > Pacquiao ALL DAY. Mayweather is an extremely skilled boxer. He could probably slow down, and still embarass people.

TS is right. You are wrong.

What's next? Hopkins waiting on Dawson to get old?

You with me or with the TS?

Because that statement totally PAWNS the opening post if that statement is true.

Floyd is just waiting for Pac's wars with bigger men to finally exact its toll on Pac's body.

Actual age has nothing to do with it.

Pac is Roy Jones Jr., FLoyd is Bernard Hopkins in terms of longetivity.

                  It's the styles.
You are an idiot.. Mayweather is not doing himself any favors by not fighting while Pac is very sharp atm. And yes age has EVERYTHING to do with it, nice sig btw rofl.

You say he hasn't taken punishment like it's an afterthought--he's being hit by bigger guys and even if he doesn't get constantly---he's still getting hit hard.

I'm sure many think so, but FLOYD himself isn't gettin any younger...

If it doesn't happen next year, I say it never happens...and Floyd's mark in boxing history would take a hit by not making a superfight that everyone wanted to see...
