Ok, at least these are the people I "know" with my limited knowledge of who's who. I generally know the boxers but for now this is what I feel and could even change every minute. But at least I got Manny in the top 10.

I would think that if there's a SKILL/TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in terms of finesse boxing or the sweet science of boxing, then I would think that:

1. Muhammad Ali
2. Floyd Mayweather , Jr.
3. Willie Pep
4. Sugar Ray Leonard
5. Roy Jones
6. Pernell Whitaker
