And this is why Manny didn't want to KO him.

Because Mosley was able to knock him down and out.

Pacquiao bled him out slowly and gave him a long drawn out beating. He doesn't have as much power as Shane, but the accumulation was ridiculous.

Like I said a long time ago, this fight would be a shutout and it was exactly that.

Margarito is a shot fighter and has been for some time. Manny again fights a washed up, past it, slow, gumpy guy with slow hands, no legs, and a chin too good for his own good.

Another fight that does nothing for his legacy.

This fight made me sick. There are many better fighters in the 147-154 divisions, so why is Manny fighting guys like Margarito, especially after his scandal, and when you have to jump through hoops to get him a license and hold the fight in Texas?

I'm disgusted with the phony history and everytime i hear people compare him to the Great Armstrong or SRR, I get sick to my stomach.

Step up and fight a competitor or just retire and stop disgracing the sport.

When he was fighting top contenders, closer to their primes (at 130), let's not forget - he took beatings and lost to Morales and JMM (twice). It wasn't until Morales and Barrera were shot and at the tail end of their careers that he was able to beat them. Not to mention Morales was coming off a terrible loss to a journeyman when Manny agreed to fight him again.

I am not buying any of this hype and for any real boxing fan to not see the smoke and mirrors for what it is, is very disappointing to me.

Don't get me wrong, I like Manny but let's be real. If he were fighting prime top contenders instead of Josh Clotteys (who??) and shot Margarito's, we'd actually get to see some competitive fights, be entertained and SEE HOW GOOD HE REALLY IS!

I would honestly rather watch Mike Tyson hit a heavy bag for 12 rounds than watch Manny hit Clottey and Margarito, who themselves are nothing more than human punching bags, for 12 rounds.

These fights are shameful, disgraceful, and shouldn't even be taking place.

Martinez, Williams, Mosley and Mayweather all have a good chance to beat him. I truly believe Mayweather has little trouble with Manny, and Mosley may be able to knock him out. People who love boxing know this, SO WHY AREN'T WE SEEING THESE FIGHTS???

The entire 2010 year was a joke for Manny Pacquiao. I'm tired of the sideshow, I want to see some real fights from him or just retire. He's very well managed - he can fight bums, make tons of money with virtual no risk. It's the opposite of basic economic principles. The greater the risk, the greater the reward. Not in Manny's case, it seems the less risk, the greater the reward and glory. It's sickening.

Thanks for another boring show Manny, I'm just happy I didn't pay anything to watch you hit a human bag for 12 rounds.

agreed. Its a real tragedy that Cotto's once promising career turned to crap after the Margo fight.

coz last time i heard, the 'supposed to be' better fighter suddenly left his balls somewhere and went on vacation.

btw, i wonder where mr. boxingfan76 is? haven't seen any of his posts anymore after pac decimated marg.
