Who did better against Pacquiao? Cotto or Margarito?

margarito and anyone who says otherwise is kidding themselves. Cotto was officially given two but quit after 4. margarito could have won 2, 6, and 8 and fought til the end and had Pacquiao in trouble at times.

That cheating piece of **** got exposed...he had nothing...that fight was a walk in the park for Pac. He even wanted the ref to stop the fight. Pac was never in any real trouble, yeah, he took a few good shots, but that's the extent of it. He was never in any trouble...God you really see only what you want to see.

I wanna see Cotto fight him now and send this piece of **** into retirement for good. That said, he did go out on his shield, I'll give him that. What's worse...losing all 12 rounds or quitting....lol.

Hmm considering that Cotto had to weigh in at 145 imma have to go for Cotto. Maybe i'm being a little biased i know but, as some said in the other posts Cotto busted pac's ear pretty bad. He also boxed well in the later rounds making it hard for pacquiao to hit him. Tony did good too, he never went down or retreat but he was scared of getting knocked out too that's why he stopped throwing a little in rounds 11 and 12. Now the question is, how would've Margarito performed if he had to come in at 145?

The Cotto fans will get over it when Margarito lets Cotto wear the pads they took from Margaresto in the Mosley fight and Cotto gives Margaresto the beating he deserves.

And that is the only way Cotto would have beaten Margarito and that is the truth. Some people just can't handle it.

So I guess they will never be satisfied.

Cotto was more competitive throughout the fight.

Margs was competitive in round 2 and 6

Margarito hurt him in the middle rounds. Cotto did win 2 rounds but it was all Pacquiao, he was never hurt in that fight.

Margarito managed to finish the fight.
