You guys are failing to see that Cotto never once mentioned that he was willing to die in the right like Margarito did. Cotto is a much smaller man and did well against Manny until he was hurt by the second knockdown. Margarito on the other hand is a huge fighter and was able to absorb punches, so he was a bit more durable. Had Cotto been the same size he could of easily put up a much better showing than Margarito did over the later rounds. Either way Margarito didn't want to open up anymore because he was scared of the punishment. He had zero chance of victory the way he was in his shell.

Are you joking? Marg could have easily been given 2, 6, and 8? Marg could not have won a round even if Pac had put a hand behind his back to give him a chance. Marg had a 17lb advantage on Pac, Pac is a midget compare to Marg, and Marg could not deliver. If you watch 24/7, Marg kept insisting that he was in the best shape ever, he is chopping wood, and looked like a beast, and did not deliver. I give him credit for taking the beating that he took, but he could not even win a round, even before his eye got swollen.

yeah he fought scared, i mean its not like he was coming foward the entire fight even when he was getting destroyed. In recent fights Tony is the only guy to come foward and not get dropped. Cotto got quit, Hatton got dropped, Clottey didnt even come foward, ODLH quit.
