As Koncz already stated, Pacquiao never agreed to full random testing. You are still in denial, and it is okay, jerzz, I'm here for you.

Then fought the lineal jr welterweight champion in Ricky Hatton.

He can't fight them all, he fought only twice a year and he and his promoter have to choose which would bring the most money, and its not the afro americans at that time.

Anyway they are trying to make a fight with Money May so hopefully, we'll get our wish and Shane Mosley as back up. Both Afro American.
Thank you for admitting that Pacquiao's been selective and not taking the toughest fights, at least you're not in denial of that.

Pretty sure they were testing at '35 alright, the special blends worked wonders.

Why are people still even talking about the drug testing thing. Bottom line is Floyd Jr gets thrashed and knows it, plain and simple. It always starts the same way, usually it takes Pac 2 to 3 rounds to get in rhythm and then starts and keeps hitting you from all angles. After 5 or 6 rounds, you have no idea where they are coming from and Mayweather would start eating combos and the end would be a foregone conclusion. Regardless of drug testing and any other stipulations, Pacquiao comes to fight. That whole controversy about Margs beard, the caffiene, the Ephedra, etc., there was no way Pacman wouldn't fight. He could have pretty much cared less about anything. Pacman just wants to fight and have people enjoy his wars. What else could you want?

I absolutely love watching pac fight, he's the most excciting fighter of my lifetime. But lets be real, Mayweather is a much different animal. thats not saying Manny wont get him, but it wont look anything like last night. I think Shanes up next and we'll see how Pacman does with someone who has been refered to as "slick" or "elusive". While i think Pac beats Mosley, im sure alot of peoples view of how a Pac/May fight plays out will change. Anyways lets get it on.

They are talking about it....because they are idiots!

...smart thing to do is just ignore them..and move on..like the Pac way..

Since when was Shane a elusive or slick guy? Shane is a brawler slugger and from his last 2 fights he obviously doesn't have it anymore. Easy fight for Pac.

LOL@ Top Rank running out of leftovers for Pacquiao, now they're targeting leftovers from Golden Boy. Poor Shane. He only has a puncher's chance at this stage of his career. Shane Mosely can hurt anything weighing less than 154.

Koncz is Pacquiao's adviser and he's been working with Arum for years. Dan Rafael was riding Mayweather's jock up until he retired... he rides trains so take care being brainwashed.

Just to let you know, your statement wasn't a fact, it was a personal opinion. Here's a fact for you:
