British Boxing Is A Goddamn Joke

Yeah but this is the one night where we are all on his side. British boxing looked completely and utterly comical tonight. It was a farce.Comment

Not only was it a farce, but you have some idiot Brit commentator screaming that you're watching a legendary finish to a thrilling fight.
Don't piss in my ear and tell me it's raining.Comment
-
It will be a farce again when Klitschko fights Chisora. Chisora hasn't even fought at European level.Comment

As I said above though, it's not a joke for lack of talent.
It's a joke for trying to pass this fight off as something it wasn't and it speaks to the problem that everyone from the fans, fighters, trainers to the media colluded to make this happen and pretend that it mattered.
It's similar to Top Rank keeping things in house and pretending that they are doing it because the fans want it and not because they are greedy and risk averse.Comment

Really though ****man, were you expecting a slugfest of epic proportions?
Your surprise at how **** this fight was shows how little you know about British boxing.
Everybody who has any idea about the British heavyweight scene knew that this was going to be a joke when it was first announced.Comment

Thats funny because the same British Media that has covered these guys for years and know way more than I do released a ****load of articles the past few weeks giving Audley a chance to win the fight.Comment

This fight was a joke, Most british boxing fans on here already agreed and said the samething, SKYSPORT are one of the most biggest TV that hypes fights in around boxing today, So they hyped and sold this fight to most fans who dont know ****.Comment

No doubt Chisora deserves respect, but does Wlad for choosing an opponent like Chisora? Harrison atleast had fought at euro level, Chisora hasn't.Comment
