His dad would put an extra layer of padding and tape over the already w****d hands (over the fist area). Making what Brother Naz descibe as "wraps as hard as cast"..

Tito and his father were also ordered to rewrap Tito's hands the very next fight after the B-Hop fight also (he still Ko'ed dude in 3).

Those were the only two cases of it to my knowledge (and I saw Tito fight from a no name, to Showtime, to his first time on HBO on the Pernell undercard...Won by body shot. So did Pernell...Setting up their fight).

Tito is my #2 favorite fighter of all time. So no hate in anything I just said. Just what remember.

On second thought, Puerto Ricans aren't even real boxing fans. They're just groupies for Puerto Rican boxers, they rarely even follow the sport.
