To be honest it's like you are trying to hard to come up with a reason to discredit this fight.
trying hard to come up with what? you don't see a problem with someone being a full weight class below? how about 2? how about more than that? you can't just do whatever you want

      Seriously! This is ridiculous.

Crillz is a pretty knowledgeable poster who's been here since 07 and now hes talking about corruption in weighing in under the limit.

I don't get why Manny looks so soft compared to how he usually looks. Maybe he really didn't take this all that seriously.

He feels he is better coming in lighter its his choice to do so. He is also limiting his opponents weight so its not as big of a deal. I do think they are uderestimating Margarito though.

My numbers might be off so correct me if I'm wrong but the most recent example of this was when Roy weighed 193lbs and fought Ruiz for the title. If there was a minimum Roy would have been fined and not allowed to win the HW championship.....bu as you can see that wasnt the case as there are no minimum weight limit.

well he didn't bulk up for this fight.

so i guess he didn't have to cut weight at all.

guys look so cut up during weigh in because they're dehydrated/starved so all their muscles are showing.

that's why guys look more cut up during weigh ins than they do fight night when they have had time to drink water and eat.

if he didn't have to dehydrate himself or skip meals his muscles won't be showing as much.

What did people expect coming into this fight, that Pacquiao would weigh 150? This is just sheer ignorance and general ******ity. A fighter can come in at whatever weight he wants, as long as he doesn't come over the limit.
so why the fuck is he allowed to fight for the JR MIDDLEWEIGHT title then? if it was ignorance for people to believe he could do that then that means you understand they were shoving ignorance down your throat by even making the fight in the first place, it's corruption

exactly my point though about Gamboa-Mtagwa, the same corrupt people whom are doing this fight were behind that fight and as I say time and time again just because others have done it past or present doesn't make it okay just like how just because Ricky Hatton clinched his opponents his whole career does it make it okay for others to excessively clinch

and I'm not saying it hasn't been done before but it was corruption then and it's corruption now, just because it happened before doesn't mean it should be able to happen now with no problems, there should be some sort of penalty
Dude, there is a span of the weight. 141 to 147 is the span of the welterweight division. But just because you weigh below that doesn't mean you can't fight at that weight. Again, there is only a maximum weight limit for you to be considered to be in that weight category. Going below that weight limit depends on you. Ever heard anybody being stripped for going in below the weight limit? So Pacquiao could still fight for the Jr. Middleweight. I don't understand why people are complaining he's coming under the weight limit, LOL. It's hilarious. People here are actually hating him for being more disadvantaged, LOL.

Henry Armstrong, the #2 best P4P of all time, fought as LW for a WW title (Barney Ross). Damn, I needed to boxrec that. LOL.

that's because I'm against this fight, I BEEN against it and this makes it worse because someone who is weighing 144 is most likely going to win a vacant strap at 154. I understand it's been done before and yes maybe I AM over reacting but to me it's bullshit
