Just last year people (Arum included) were saying Tony is way too big and strong for Manny, and now Pac is the 6-1 favorite. Technically Margarito at 5'11" should win against a 5'6" opponent, but not too many people are expecting that.
Williams doesn't utilize his physical attributes and his skills are pedestrian. He has never met a right hook, especially from a southpaw, that his face didn't like. He would be off balance, constantly getting turned and hit. I think Manny has an easier time beating Paul than he does Tony.
Pacquiao-Martinez would be a great fight, would be much more competitive.
Pacquiao's the greatest, but I'm not sure I want him to move up to middleweight.
He'd go no higher than 150 personally and he learned from his sparring sessions that he can hurt much bigger middleweights. At the same time, neither Williams or Martinez are power punchers so he wouldn't have to worry about them hurting him with their power.
