Never gonna happen. My boy Sergio is gonna "TAX THAT ASS!!" and punish the Punisher next Sat night. Paul is gonna be spewing blood from both eyes and his nose and lose the decision because Sergio's fan base is growing and he is a good public speaker. He has marketability now that he did not have before, HBO can make money off of him so they gain nothing by burning him again

Personally it is really up to wat PW comes to fight, if its the PW that is drivn to prove a point then Sergio Martinez has no chance but if PW fights the same fight as the first fight then Sergio wins by UD, cause i doubt he'll gas out like he did in the first fight.
