No you're missing the point. Lennox Lewis was preparing to fight Kirk Johnson, Vitali Klitschko was preparing to fight Cedric Boswell on the undercard...so nobody was at an advantage.
Also, Lewis didn't take Johnson seriously, regarding him as an easy opponent, and under-trained; whereas while Vitali could also have under-trained on the basis that Boswell was also a much easier opponent than Lewis, the fact is that he didn't. Props to him for that, but it meant that it was a sub-optimal, out of shape Lewis against an optimal, fully fit Vitali.
