There is an article about it on boxing news 24 and Lewis is quoted as saying that the division is so weak he believes that even at 45 he can comeback and KO vitali who he has beaten senseless before and after putting him into retirement he can fight and destroy Wladimir which would be an easy fight for Lennox so what do you guys think -

Vitali took the fight on just 10 days notice.

Vitali was clearly winning the fight 4-2 on all 3 scorecards at the time of the controversial doctor stoppage. Lewis was badly hurt and was staggering around the ring like a drunk, he barely survived the 2nd round. Lewis was getting outboxed, outworked, outlanded and was hurt several times in the fight.

I've heard nothing about this if it's recent. But I don't buy it. It's far too late for Lennox to return. He managed to resist when the rematch talk between he and Vitali was hot in 03-04, so no way he gives it a go now. While his commentary was atrocious, I'm not looking forward to seeing Lennox back anyway. Surely he's been basking in the praises he's gotten since he retired, which far exceeds that which he was getting while active. As he said before, the weaker HW boxing looks without him, the better he looks. His legend has only grown and he doesn't have anything to prove.
