                                    Fres Oquendo? He dominated Chris Bryd. Plus two other fighters I forgot there name, one who fought George Foreman. Also, can you count Carlos Negron? He is a Cruiserweight, just waiting to become Heaveyweight.

                                        Truthfully, it's unlikely. The best chance that Mexican's have is to hope that BJ Flores does well at Cruiserweight and is able to make some noise a few pounds north of that. Even that is unlikely, however.

                                        Cris Arreola is a decent Heavyweight, but he's most likely never going to hold a major title in the weight, or the true championship at the weight.
