Filipino, nah....

Cerefino Garcia is the only Pinoy to win a MW world title. I don't think there has been a Pinoy heavier than him. I maybe wrong though.

Pretty good fighter, should be in HOF but for some reason is not.

Mexican? If Arreola would have been in shape, he would of been pretty good. But, he was too much of a slob.

Alex Garcia was a good HW journeyman in the 90's. I honestly think if Alex Garcia was fighting now, he would be a top 10 HW.
