Barrera was the lineal Featherweight champion the first time he fought him, and Barrera beat erik morales for the WBC featherweight championship a few fights before pacquiao but didn't take the belt

Ricky Hatton was the Lineal Champion- That's more prestigious than the WBC, WBO, IBF and WBA belt.

Didn't they come up with a belt to give to Pacquiao for the DLH fight?

Barrera was the lineal and Ring champ at the time of the Pac fight.

However, both Barrera and Tapia got stripped of their titles for wanting to unify. They fought anyways.

Really Barrera was the real WBC and IBF featherweight champ going into the Pac fight.

Hatton was the lineal and ring champ at JWW. Also had the IBO title which is where the WBO was 15 years ago.

There is really nothing missing at all.
