Given that boxers can die under normal circumstances in the ring, I agree with Roach. margaresto should have been charged with attempted murder.

yet if he was the one asked to revive Margarito's career he would have been very sympathetic to the whole issue

He needs to be. You can't have both Manny and Freddie be humble. Manny doesn't speak great english so Roach is the mouthpiece. He does the smack talking for Manny. No reason they both should be humble when their opponents are not.

If Margs should be charged then he should be charged as well for the cheating incident with Toney. Knowing he was taking steroids and being ok with it. He had something to do that.
