Who had proof that Mosley was juicing? He was busted because the system failed and was told on. Is Mayweather a tattle tail?

Anyways who cares on what Floyd thinks about OST. I'm not arguing if I personally believe the tests are right or wrong. The fact that Floyd wants them done and MANNY has verbally agreed and NOW as he stated sent a signed contract AGREEING to 100% random OST (as anything else as they know WILL be bogus) is what matters.

As for the JMM fight, Floyd didn't officially come in overweight, he paid a fine to COME IN over the agreed contracted weight. It's not like he stepped on the scale and was shocked by being "overweight". JMM didn't have to agree anyhow.

Overall that fight was just as important as Pac's fight with Clottey and now Margarito. It was shyt.

As for saying "Pac has the right to set a rule if Floyd were to do it again", Says who? Who gives Pac a right to do anything if we are going of the logic of COMMISSION ONLY RULES? They BOTH demanded rules outside of the commission. At the end of the day pac walked away with many different excuses for not wanting to do OST. Just as he said Mosley was "too good" and didn't fight him, he said NO to fight Floyd. Second round Floyd went on "vacation". Both are to blame. You cant logically JUST blame Mayweather.

Floyd wants strict drug testing with no merits of Pac juicing.

I think Mayweather makes close to the same $40M he made for fighting Mosley if he does an event with the Williams-Martinez II winner. He would be able to demand the same lion's share of the purse as he did with Mosley. And, I think a fight with the winner of that one wold do about the same in PPV sales (1.4M.)

There you go. Even more incentive for Manny to agree to testing. Floyd is the draw here. Not Manny. Therefore, Floyd holds the negotiating power, no matter how much Pacquiao fans hate it.

Where were you when Shane was going to Wild Card begging for a fight with Manny any way he wanted to do it? Mosley punked Manny's ass and Manny said in the Marquez 2 post fight interview that he didn't want to face Marquez again so what does that make Manny?

Manny vs Cotto was already set when Mosley came into the picture, still Mosley was being considered the 2nd option if ever the Cotto fight falls out, and Mosley/Roach giving those statements were just hype jobs for a possible future match-up after the Cotto fight...

Ok.. back to testing . All you guys have left. It's been said out of Mannys mouth that he agreed to whatever was asked of him. One is trying to make the fight.. the other is roid raging during his 'family vacation'... After everything that has transpired.. can't believe you still on this.

It's also come out of Manny's mouth that being tested within 30 days weakens him. His advisor says they asked for a cutoff. His promoter says they asked for a cutoff. Sad.

Exactly. Manny fans just don't want to accept that, for whatever reason...........Manny doesn't want this fight. Because if he did, he'd agree to ANY FORM OF TESTING. And if you ask me, a 50/50 split is ridiculous as well, seeing as Floyd CLEARLY has more PPV drawing power. But even with THAT MUCH INCENTIVE, Manny can't agree to the testing. Something's up here, and it has been since day one.

I think The May vs Williams/Martinez would be good but not as interesting as Pac/Floyd. It is very rare to have the #1 and #2 p4p fighters available for a fight. They're not just the best ranked but also arguably the best two of the last 20-30 years. I would rather see that fight get settled over any other fight out there.
