I meant to say i don't agree in entirety to your post. I don't know any of the negotiations, nor pretend to know the truth in it all.. But I do think Floyd sees 7 days as an acceptable compromise, as Pac couldnt get anything in and out of his system that fast, and I think he's probrably waiting for next year where it makes more sense for him based on taxes alone. Again, I dont pretend to know if full tests or 7 days were agreed to but I believe either or is fair, and I think if its financial, its an acceptable "excuse" if people want to call it that, to push it untill next year. And I agree and always have to say Roy is the man the myth the legend.. Never has and likely never will be another!!How so? If pac wants the fight and proves that he will test as he keeps saying he will then there is NO problem. We are just waiting on Floyd to sign the contract that Pac already signed stating that he agrees to 100% random OST! You cant really agree or disagree that's just the way it will be in order for the fight to get made. Besides there is NO problem, Pac has said he FULLY and 100% agrees right????? I mean he said it........ lets see if he put INK to it!
Roy will always be the man! True one of a kind and a great athelete that had awesome talent in his day!Comment

But what I don't get is...what's with all the BS, Manny? First you insult our intelligence by saying that when you get tested within 30 days you get weak. The lies - not HIM - have forced him into a position of seven days. Whats with the bull****? Just nuts.Comment

Yeah, we've heard it all already. You agreed to full testing, but not really full testing. Just make sure you win against Margarito so that everyone won't say you got beat because you were thinking past him.
Funny how there's no date indicating when that contract was sent to Floyd.
Let me take a wild guess...

Of course he can?? What PED do you know of that this is possible to have any benefit. You need 14 days for EPO to have any benefit and it takes about 7 to get it out of youe system. All other steroids other then D-bol takes far longer then this to have any benefit. (Btw D-bol would kill his endurance and it would still be detectable after the fight). There isnt any PED's out there that can have a benefit with a 7 day cutoff and another post fight test.Of course he can.

why didn't manny sighn the contract when floyd did durin the 1st negotiastions?Despite two failed negotiations, WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao is still holding out hope that a fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. will come together in 2011. Pacquiao will move up to junior middleweight this coming Saturday to face Antonio Margarito for the vacant WBC title at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Pacquiao would "like to fight every five-to-eight months."
