People only really get mad if Floyd Mayweather says it, if anyone else says it its ok. Personally i dont care what anyone says really as long as i enjoy what they do in the ring.

Yes he is allowed to say he is the GOAT, considering he is humble the 95% of the time. Do you want him to be like a servant or something. To get where he is he has to have some kind of belief, and he is p4p no1 in the world so he more than anyone else should or would be forgiven for saying it.
