Some people are just too stoopid and blind. Calderun was nowhere near Marquez.
Marquez gave us a phuckin' trilogy that will be talked for ages.Comment

All you need is a first and to me this looks lika a first for him. Just calling it like I see it.
The guy hurts his shoulder in the thrd round almost KO's Juanma in the fourth keeps on punching with both hands for the next couple of round, but when Juanma begins to dominate and hurt him he all of the sudden hurts his shoulder six rounds earlier??? GTFOH!!Guys, am I missing something here? Didn't Rafa say at the end of the fight, on the ring that the injury was during training but he didn't want to postpone the fight again???
Where did this 3rd round theory came from???
and I agree with Pullcounter, why did he not mention it in that round IF that was the case.
Further more IF it wass true that he had the injury in training camp, he is the only one responsible for people doubting him right now because there he was, on the last days of training on an open to the public training day throwing hard blow left and right for a long period of time. If i would have an injury and want to cover it I would not be training in open doors and I would be taking care of my self as much possible.
The other thing that brought doubt was that when he mentioned for the 1st time during the fight to his corner it seems that his corner did not even know what he was talking about.
To finish my doubts, i went back (to my DVR) and counted the right hands he threw in the last 2 round and it was 32 and 28 which is pretty active comparing to the shots that he was throwing with both hands although he did threw more with his left because of his jab and success landing the left hook, bty in the last round he caught Juanmas attention with 2 solid right hands.
I have always had much respect for Rafa but in this case he created these doubts with his own words and actions before and during the fight.Last edited by prsi; 11-08-2010, 06:49 PM.Comment

You know what, let them be. They have nothing going for them that it's comprehensible that they need to celebrate something. Let them boast about about their win. Have fun with Juanma, Cotto and your paper champ Wilfredo while it lasts.
Tienen tan poco de que presumir que se inventan cada cosa.Comment

Did you go to google to look that up or are you keeping track of how many Mexicans he [Calderun] took out? Or do you just keep track of how many Mexicans are being taken out by Ricans? LOL. Typical hating Mexican.
Remember your word(s). Re-match is set for next year. We will see how "lucky" Segura gets again.
