You might be right about that dorruel. MMA fighters I think are getting the shaft when it comes to getting paid, but MMA does many things good. And I don't mean the fights, because I think a great boxing fight would exceed a gread MMA fight in terms of action and entertainment any day of the week.

But, as boxing fans, we have been accustomed to bad decisions. It's expected, and that's a shame.

This was in no way a robbery, couldv gone either way.
Judahs jab was the diff in the fight
        What?

He was only running and holding in a survival mode on that round. He was praying to get to the decision where he knew the local judges were going to save him

Wow. Rounds 1-9 Zab controlled the fight, controlled the pace, was catching his punches, rolling the punches, effectively counter punching, landing the flush shots, he was more efficient. Who cares how many you land if you whiff 80% of the time, zab lost the last three, and I could be nice and give one round to Lucas between the 1st and 9th which would mean 115-112. The only reason you think its a robbery is because Lucas did better than you thought he would, and zab didn't impress as well as he should of. Idiot if you think that slow puncher got robbed. I will agree he's not ready for Bradley or devont

I didn't mean who cares as in who cares about MMA. I meant who cares about the comparisons. I love boxing and never got into MMA but I don't see why people always turn it into a MMA vs boxing debate. If you like MMA fine go watch it, same with boxing. If you like both then watch both, but I think comparing them is like comparing them to apples and oranges; pretty meaningless.

As far as Clottey and Cotto is concerned. I think Clottey eked out a decision. It was close.

But Clottey should be kicking himself for not doing more in those last rounds.

His performance against Manny was horrific too. The guy didn't even try to win.

The reason it turns into a comparison is because when you interact with other people who like MMA it always ends up in a talk about which sport is better.

I know they're different. Completely different. However, MMA is a fight game, and so is boxing.

                So comparisons will exist.

And MMA is trying to extract boxing fans to their sport. And I know alot of people who have abandoned boxing to watch MMA. And that's fine. But will their come a time where MMA is the premier fighting sport, and boxing the second tier sport for dinosaurs to watch?

You are giving 6!!! of the first 9 rounds to Judah and the last one for running and surviving in order to get that 114-113 then?

You need to watch that fight again...

Totally agree on Berto. Berto has been shoved down our throats by HBO, and he is completely getting overpaid.

But you see, a guy like Berto would've never gotten away with that in MMA. And is where I make comparisons between the 2 sports. Not in the actual fights, but in the structure and marketing aspect of it.
