zab underestimated him, and i think zab was drained in this fight he only rehydrated up to 4 more pounds.... he might want to go back to 147 cause i don't see him beating any of the the top fighters at 140

This fight was meant to show where Judah stands w/ the top dogs at 140, and after that performance it looks to me that even Maidana would handle him with ease. No direspect to Chino, but he is the most raw of the 4 top JWW's, and would still walk over Zab judging by what he looked like tonight.

I guess body shots and outworking the opponent doesn't count anymore. Look at the punch stats for body blows.

You gave Judah the 12?!! For what? Running track.

By that same time token, you can say Matthyse looks nervous. It was his first big fight, and he was probably had some jitters. Maybe if would have been more aggressive early one he wouldn't have had a close fight.

It was one of the biggest robbery this year. It wasn't even close. Matthysse outlanded him by a lot. Lots of body punches in the middle rounds and he scored 2 10-8 rounds at the championship rounds. Those judges are a disgrace to boxing. My scorecard is 117-110 Matthysse.

body shots are deff effective to wear opponents out, but lets be real, head shots are more eye catching to judges. I gave Judah the 12th due to the fact that Lucas didnt really land anything and Judah was landing clean counters, including that three-piece counter. Ineffective aggression on lucas' part in round 12

Boxing judges are supposed to be professionals. They should award body punches no matter what because they score points in professional boxing,

Inactivity shouldn't be rewarded either. How many inactive rounds did Zab Judah have in the the fight? Matthyse wasn't a killer in those rounds but as least he was throwing.

Matthyse to me clearly outworked Zab in 4 rounds between 1 to 9. From 10 to 12 it was all Matthyse. Zab ran, and didn't land anything.

7 rounds to 5 with a knockdown in favor of Matthyse.

You can;t possibly say Zab Judah won the majority of the rounds between 1 to 9. He barely threw punches in some rounds.

He did win the majority of the first 9 rounds. He landed more punches through those rounds...fact not to mention Zabs shots were cleaner.
                    Fight couldv went either way

I think there is this air of subjectivity in the way boxing is scored. And it's killing the sport.

How many controversial decisions do you see in MMA?

                      Very few.

How many controversial decisions occur in boxing?

I would say about 50% of the decisions are bad.

We are so accustomed to it that a close fight that goes to the wrong person is acceptable.
