Maybe you are twisting your arm too much putting strain on the nerves in your elbow. Do some HIIT to improve your cardiac threshold. Hit a heavy bag as fast as you can for 30 seconds, take 30 seconds off, then resume. Do this for at least 15 to 20 minutes and you will gain in your cardio over a short period of a week or 2Comment
