Hey they got out of line and it was unprofesional but after all the public insults, threats and unprofesionalism that caballero has showed juanma he reaped what he sowed... i mean if you went on youtube and called me out my name and said that when you saw me you were gonna smack me if my boys see you at an event mouthing off their gonna be ready for violence... caballero asked for it

You just don't attack somebody without provocation.

You are mental, mate. Caballero made certain gestures (hand gestures to Juanma to get the fight signed) and you think that alone justifies an attack?




The youtube videos were on point. Juan Maricon avoided Caba for years at Super Bantam weight. It's quite clear to everyone, except delusional PR fanboys, who indeed wants this fight more.

Caballero has done his bit but Juanma has done nothing to make it happen.

he has, he is just less vocal about it. he just really, really hates juanma. trust me, he wants it for more than just a payday. john really doesnt have any interest in a fight with him. definitely a bigger risk than he is willing to take. all the haters can say what they want, but the fact that pelenchin is fighting litzau at 130 should show you how hard it is for him to get a fight. he couldnt get anyone at 126.

like i said before, he didnt go there to try to start **** necessarily. trust me it wasnt planned. but the site of him brought up the emotions. not everything in boxing is planned. pelenchin is a true warrior, and he really wants this guy. and again, all he did was make a motion in the air like "when are you going to sign the contract?" and then he made fists like he was saying he wants to get in the ring with him. at this point juanma's people started acting ******. the little guy was the one that was acting like an idiot. if he had not, there would never have been a problem. it wasnt like celestino was trying to run on stage. it escalated because of juanma's people.

and also, like i said, another reason he was there was because mickey was there. they are sparring partners and have become pretty close. and what other options do you think he has? if he had so many do you think he would be fighting jason ****ing litzau?

I probably would be naive (or ******) and beleive you, that nothing was planned by Caba yesterday but still you want to ignore the fact that the fuel of this fire was already set time ago when Caballero talked all the trash and cursing he did, insulting a guy that has never done anything to him and who he doesn't know.
Although i agree that this has been part of boxing for years what happened to Caballero yesterday, he help build up himself with his actions in the past. Don't just come here and talk about how "Saint" was Caballero yesterday, Look at the whole scenario and past actions and then you will have a better perspective, but then again, as you say, more than a fan you are his Buddy and will never be able to understand this under your biased opinion

I will admit that I misread that part, I guess I read to quick and i will edit my post, but the fact and risk towards your wife and the older people is still the same under the hostil environment. He should have not gone there and start what he started (gestures, screaming or whatever he did) with your friends/family close to him. Remember once again it's a hostil environment because of what Caballero himself created.
True that he has all the rights to be there but you need to be careful what you do and where you do it when there are people like, in this case your family and friends with him. That for me is ******.

Caballero is a dangerous fighter for Juanma, i'll be the 1st to admit it and I have nothing against him although I beleive his actions are a bit extreme. When i hear him accepting a 60/40 to fight either Juanma or Gamboa, then I would say the ball is on their court, becasue as you would know Caballero although a good fighter has no fan draw capability.

This leads me to the last stament, true that there was no contract offered because when Marquez got injured for this fight he said that he would replace Marquez, but asked for the same amount of money. Of course he would not get offered a contract he priced himself out of any possibilities.

He can not compare against Marquez business wise. Mexico-Puertorican rivary, plus the Mexico fan base that Marquez will add is much more lucrative than Caballero at this point. Same happened when he bragged in the past that he will fight Juanma even in Puerto Rico, he said it and then said he would ask for x amount of money which business wise is not worth it.

I do give him this, with his actions he is now building and selling the fight, it was just wrong circumstances to do it.

and you still misread. pelenchin was there with jeff mayweather and his trainer. that is it. also, he merely made 2 gestures. hardly a lot compared to what has done in the past. juanma's people carried it to the next level

as for the money, it is really ****** to argue. you can say what bob arum said or you think pelenchin said, and i can do the same. nobody is ever going to win that arguement.

Haha, the fighting is all done in the ring. This is a promotional stunt. Who paid for Caballeros ticket to go there and let him in. This is all promoters working together to make a big fight happen. Hopefully it will work and Juanma agrees unless the Gamboa fight is next for him.

yes, i have watched the videos. and you need to watch them again. he didnt say anything about smacking him in the face when he sees him. he told him to put on his pants and be a man. and how does it make JUANMA a man when his people go after Pelenchin? that is like if some boy in school wants to beat you up and your sister jumps in and fights for you. it doesnt make you a man, it makes you a *****.

and he had every intention of defending himself, so dont act like he got his ass kicked and was crying afterwards. trust me, he is still gonna be pissed next week and i sure as hell wouldnt want to be in litzau's shoes

Juanma said at the press conference he is going to fight Gamboa in June. So that's in 7 months time. If Juanma was willing he could probably fight Caba somewhere in between that time, but I doubt it.


Caballero was there with his trainer Jeff Mayweather doing interviews. Mayweather is training a fighter who will be on the undercard.

Good for Cabs because Jaunma deserves this ****. You don't avoid this man and then act like it's becuase your the better fighter so why should you have to fight him. Juanma is 27, he didn't have to fight Cab and become undisputed. He moved up in weight, to feel better. Abner Mares moved down in weight and nobody talked about him avoiding Juanma.
