Strange. When I was younger, I had a big nose. Now as I get older it looks normal or like it has grown in years. Maybe you're right about head and nose growing but surely not that significantly. Probably grows very very slowly, like so slow that it's unnoticeable. Pacquiao's head got noticeably bigger in a couple of years. Last time I saw that was with Barry Bonds. But i'm not indicating Pacquiao is on something, he could just have gone through a rare head growing phase in just a couple years.
