JMM is a way better boxer then manny skills wise imo but manny is a bigger puncher and way more exciting fighter to watch!!! I do agree they are both greats but even though i like JMM better id say Manny has the edge not by much though!!!

I think Pac's "legacy" trumps JMM, even though I don't count a couple of BS titles Pac won..... Is it me or does everyone fail to realise Manny couldn't do half the stuff he has without Roach.... As far as I'm concerned Roach is the brains of the operation..... JMM also has a great coach but I know JMM is naturally adaptable to boxers... he doesn't always come out with the best plan but he makes adjustments and uses his skills to his advantage.

        Skill wise JMM>>>>>PAC

        Legacy Pac>>JMM

JMM could have beaten DIAZ, HATTON, DE LA HOYA... Cotto most likely not.
But that isn't because JMM wasn't an ATG but because PAC just carries the weight better and is younger....

Marquez is best known for his losses to Pac
he is very talented and has a decent resume
but he's linked to Pac in defeat and always will be 2nd fiddle to him
          Pac>>>>>>>>>>>Marquez

So... 34% of you here think JMM is arguably a top 20 ATG?

ignore weight classes and imagine marquez boxing style and match him up with any of the current fighters. i think he would outbox a majority of them.

they're both considered boxer punchers, although i see Marquez more the boxer and Pacquiao more the puncher, even though it's pretty even.
LOL at this you really think that Marquez could beat Dela Hoya...You have underestimated him, Pac was just faster than DLH but those Punches were still dangerous ..coming from a natural middleweight
