        If Pacquiao fights Williams at 155-157 and captures a record-breaking 9th divisional title and (again self-record breaking) 5th lineal title against a guy who is 6'2" w/ a 82" reach... then I don't know what else the Congressman can do to cement himself firmly in the Top 5 ATG.

        There'd really be no more than maybe 3 fighters who have a better claim to the GOAT title. That would be absurd.

          ^That's assuming Paul gets past Sergio again, if not then substitute Paul's name with Sergio's and it's the same formula (and a more competitive fight)
