Bottom line there is no moral , logical or sensible reason to avoid a test that the opponent must also take that is designed solely to stop cheating .
Firstly, a cutoff date..... doesn't exist.
There is no such thing.
It is a Manny'ism
I boxed. I also have a few tat's, and am not afraid of having my blood drawn, either with a needle or fist.
But I thought about it a few months ago..... man, I do not think that I would want a blood test the day of a fight, and even the day before a fight could have an affect. It fkn hurtsand it does leave a sore spot.
I cannot argue with a thing you said, I actually agree 100%.....
but I would find a 1-2, maybe even a 3-day cutoff acceptable.

Pacquiao will retire after the Margarito fight. That's why Freddie Roach is making statements, and Amir Khan in talking up a Mayweather fight next year. They already know this, because Pacquiao realized he could make the same money fighting two Top Rank stiffs, instead of taking the random test and fighting Mayweather, thus leaving his fans on the internet to forever claim Floyd ducked him. I'd admit, it's looking like a smooth plan, but I see through the bull****. Talk to me on Nov 14th after he retires, then tell me I'm wrong.

Its one of those catch 22 deals , a bit like with the legal system and the idealism that its better for 100 guilty men to go free rather than 1 innocent man be jailed ,,, with PEDS in sport its better to test thoroughly than to let a single cheater go by , both are unrealistic but both are morally right .
