Did I miss something or did they not specify who Rios is going to be fighting? Usually when the don't know, they say to be determined or they list a few fighters they have in mind. But to hear them say nothing about who it might be is a mystery to me, especially so close to November 13th...

Based on that assumption I don't see why Rios of JMM would want to duck Soto. JMM beats him and I could even see Bam Bam pulling it off as well.

Oh and by the way...I'm a huge Soto fan.
Soto has been faking his performances and "playing possum" with his opponents. He could've KO'd all his last 5 opponents in the first round, if he wanted to.

Pac, JMM, Rios, MAb, Guerrero, Linares, Acosta are all ducking him.
Even Edwin Valero ducked Soto and flew out of the country to avoid fighting Soto for the Pac-Cotto undercard fight.

yes, it appears I was confused when I read comments here after the fight, some people were saying stuff about Rios weight that made the difference, and I kept the idea that he was overweight...

Man im tired of n*ggas sayin marquez is too small for jw and that he barely makes lightweight. He's beating every1's a*s in lightweight who challenges him, imean cmon paquiao is too small for welterweight but no one is saying anything about him because he beats welterweight boxers, marquez does the same thing in lightweight division. marquez could move up to jww if he wanted he has skills but age is catching up with him, let him be

marquez ducking soto? honestly what does soto have? he looked ridiculous against one of the worst champs this sport ever had, david diaz,he hasnt' impressed me in his las few fights for me to think marquez fears him,i think antillon is going to beat him too..and also,if an old jesus chavez took him ten rounds, thats another reason for me to think he isn't that good,

Soto "played possum" with Diaz and Chavez.
Soto dropped both in the first round and "let them go" on purpose.

Pac couldn't drop Diaz in the first round? Soto did and could've KO'd Diaz in the first had he wanted to but didn't for political/promotional reasons.

Marquez has avoided Soto for more than 2 years. Thats a fact.
In 2007, HBO was thinking of putting Soto vs Marquez and Marquez turned it down, so they gavie Marquez Soto's leftovers-Rocky Juarez.

Most Likely Since Marquez is getting old and slow he will most likely lose by points or late round TKO by Katsidis since katsidis is training harder then ever but then again lost to two guys who JMM beated...then again Katsidis is a tough brawler who fights to the death and keeps on pressing until the end...either way both fighters **** up brandon rios...he aint all that and would most likely get KOd by either fighter.
