Been trying to avoid these debates, but I have to ask.
Assuming Pac lied, is that the reason why Floyd walk away
from the negotiations? Are you guys saying that Floyd knew
    about this offer?

Where can I find a link that says Floyd knew of the 7 days
cut-off offer? (Forget about Koncz, let's focus on Floyd.)

Not really. Had Mayweather stayed clean (no legal issues) then his credibility that he wants to "clean up boxing" will be seen. But seriously, who are you fooling with that?

If anything, Mayweather's popularity and credibility has taken a hit. In the most major way, thus we all know he is feeling the heat.

Previously, he was on the top of the world....but Pacquiao came along and took away his limelight. Stole his thunder and then some.

I think that inevitably if Mayweather loses his court battle, he would be forced to take the fight with Pacquiao (if he remains true to his word that his goal is about money, not legacy).

You mean like when Floyd told that dying cancer patient kid that he was going on "vacation" then not 2 days later, Ellerbe is reported to have said that Floyd has no plans to go on vacation right now. We all know what Ellerbe said about the second negotiation (or the lack thereof).

These two paragraphs seem to contradict each other.
First one states that Floyd is envious of Pac's success,
and the other states that he's not after legacy, but money.

I lean more on the money part than anything else. He came
back to settle his money issues. He was young when he retired.
I don't think he cared who's dominating the headlines in the sport.
I would think he'd rather be a spectator than a spectacle. He was
a big fan of Manny. He came back not to prove anything.
Unfortunately, fans think he does. And now that he did, he wants
to get out again, but doesn't know how to.

But hang on I really dont know what you hang to Im trying to clean up boxing ,, indirectly what he is doing will help to clean up boxing so indirectly he is right in what he is saying , but it dont matter ,,, why the *** does it matter why Floyd wants the testing , it is obvious to me it is for his own personal guarentee on Pac being clean , that gotta be obvious even to a numbskull , the rest is dressing it up .

If you guys want to put out Floyd wants it for Bin Laden or he is scared or just for the hell of it , thing is , it dont matter a *** why ,,,, the point is he has a right to ask for this regardless of reason , he is the one in the fight he has a right to want a guarentee it be clean ,,, thats ground zero and its equally fair to both , they both take the same test ,,, then the next move was Pac saying NO , now that NO from Team Pac and the following trys at watering down OST is the major element that has stopped the fight .

*******s do not question Manny , they accept what ever is put out that kisses his ass and they totally ignore anything that suggests something is really fishy in all this story changing .

Why do you hang on petty **** for , what if Ellerbee hadnt spoken to Floyd for a few days it happens you know , this stuff is all dynamic you look down a railway track only ,,,,

And again what does Floyd going on Vacation have to do with Team Pac not agreeing to full testing at that time ,,,, unless your one of the really bright people that swallow the story put out that today they accepted full terms and Floyd didnt agree so we went with Margo , why wait till now to put that out ?

And then Team Pac state on 24/7 they did not accept full terms , somebody is ***en lying and I dont care which one of Team Pac it is because nobody should be lying not they take turns , they are coming across as double talking snakes .

Floyd wants Manny tested because Roach said on video while calling Margo a cheat that , YOU CANT TRUST NOBODY , YOU JUST CANT , well Floyd dont trust them , whats wrong with that , makes sense !

I'm not saying any of that, I'm just saying If Team Pac is saying "We agreed to ALL testing" they are lying to us. 7 day cut off is not ALL test demands...

We all saw the Floyd/Shane fight, we all heard what Floyds offer was (0 days or no fight).
If Top Rank knows this, why send a false flag offer of 7 day? Then tell the public "We agree to ALL testing".. Thats all I'm saying..

I'm just saying that the no-cut off offer may have been Pac
team's final intent. I remember that 14 days was first announced.
Now we learned that 7 days was offered later. How do we now
know that that's the reason why the negotiations were halted?
My point is had Floyd been actively engaged in the talks, he would
                      have gotten what he wanted.
