I thought Robert García was a serious person

... but after the Concrete skit he and Margarito did, I'm beginning to question his maturity. He's not a child, or a teen, you know?

It's ok to be nice with your fighters and have a relaxed training atmosphere and JOKE! and have a good time, it is another thing to stoop to their level of immaturity. He went all "Brandon Ríos".

We need more Duvas, Stewards, Cus D'Amato, I mean, serious people.

It's ok for young fighters to be ******. They shouldn't, but it's natural.

But grown up men acting childishly??!? Like teens??!?! WTF is this, male Sex and The City where you just don't want to grow up and pretend to be an adolescent forever? PLEEEEAAAASE.

Oh God now if you crack jokes and and act silly you are acting like a child? Apperently you have never been around a group of Mexicans ever in your life.

I agree, no trainer should be allowed to have a sense of humour or have a joke with his fighters.

You crack jokes and act silly...

but not regarding the subject matter which got you suspended, ended your relationship with your "father figure" trainer, and almost effectively ended your profession, PUBLICLY, on HBO.

That has nothing to do with being Mexican. That is either immature, dumb, or both.

And to go along with it is either immature, dumb, or both, also.

In the boxing world it appears it is. Very low standards.

How about Tiger Woods making fun of the accusations laughing at the divorce papers while looking at an escorts site?

Maybe one of the reasons boxing is not what it was before is our low standards.

wow you're taking that way too seriously

and this is coming from a guy who takes everything too seriously.

If growing up means you can never have fun and joke around, then billions of people are doing something wrong.

If anything, they were proving to manny and to roach that what they say doesn't bother them.

If you saw the 24/7 episode and not just a little "gif" you would see Garcia just went along with the joke but it was actually some one else in camp who brought the block and started the joke. Garcia, Margarito, and Margarito's wife, just went along with it.

Just throwing that out there just in case because you're making it look like Garcia had planned that out himself.

                    Anyways, I found it funny.
