    Nigel's Benn childhood

Here is a very interesting and insightful documentary-like video on the Dark destroyer, Nigel Benn's chilhood. I went through some pages on this forum and it doesn't appear it has been posted yet. First part posted here.

We can see how Benn's tough childhood led to developp him as one of the most ferocious fighter ever.

The accounts of his childhood in the autobiography are interesting, too. It's a flawed book, but you definitely get a sense of Benn from those sections.

I would liked to have seen Nigel Benn and Carl Froch go at it. I wonder who would win and how the fight would materialize?

                It's not that deep.

I come in NSB to read about boxing, Benn was a fighter I grew up with, which is why I read and commented in your thread.

You were derailing my thread with a silly feud with another poster - you're on ignore to keep you out of that thread and save you pursuing a foolish grudge.

I believe that Benn would have knocked FRoch out senseless.

Benn was faster, more explosive, more powerful, more accurate, he had a better defense.

He was just a better fighter.

We all know Froch likes to trade and that his armor is like swiss cheese, and it would have played a whole lot more in Benn's favour than in his own.

that thread had fulfilled its purpose anyway, it's not like I ruined it when it had just been posted...
