IMO Chavez is the better fighter,but he also fought at a time were there was not so many belts and always fought his fights at the weight class limit..It just does not sit right with me that Pac can fight WW's at 145,have fights at 150 it's just not right and hurts his legacy a bit imo..But Pac is still a great fighter and is right up there with the legend Chavez...
