World class athletes follow the rules of their world class organizations, and not the rules of their opponent.

And the world class boxing commission actually disagreed to these because Floyd`s Third Party OST wanted to to keep the results private. Even the OST results of Floyd-Mosley is currently publicly unknown, even to the official boxing commission.

And to enlighten those who don`t read the news, OST was scrutinized in the hearings and certified by professional doctors to be risky and showed evidence of damaged veins by boxers based on experience.

What gave Floyd the impression that it was not going to be fair? He has never asked other world class athletes to fight him in a "fair" playing field. Could it be he is scared, paranoid of Manny Pacquiao. He sure is acting that way and this is what the sports writers, legendary fighters, and most fans see. Unless a fighter whom you want to get a fight with demands blood tests, you're not obligated to take tests other than the ones required by the commission.
