    shoes effect punching power?

    Just wondering if the shoes you have on can effect your punching power,I have just bought asics trainers with gel and foam in the midsole

            I would think that it could to some degree if we are talking about flip flops vs track shoes, also I think that whether you were standing on a hill in either direction it would greatly effect your punching power.

                    yes it does

                    good rubber soled shoes can really hold onto the canvas and enable you to torque more into your punches. Leather soled shoes slip a bit but are great for movement
