The commission actually disagreed to these because Floyd`s Third Party OST wanted to to keep the results private. Even the OST results of Floyd-Mosley is currently publicly unknown.

And to enlighten those who don`t read the news, OST was scrutinized in the hearings and certified by professional doctors to be risky and showed evidence of damaged veins by boxers based on experience.

OST never pulled through officially in the Professional Ranks, even recently. It was officially rejected.
