When Team Pac was out and around talking and saying that they had "agreed to all of FMJ request" and had pretty much "agreed to full OST".... no one from Team Mayweather came out and DENIED that either to my knowledge. So really, your point is not valid.

What was even more telling was in FMJ rant on Ustream (or whatever that was), he didn't even mention OST as being an issue anymore... Certainly, since he was already on a rant and (supposively) no 2nd negotiations had taken place, he would have continued to blame Pac for not taking the random blood tests. BUT, he didn't.
