What Team Pacquiao needs to realize is they have to make Buboy as an efficient trainer first before taking these raw talents to a higher level.
IMO Manny's wasting time and money in this stable with fighters who can make it but lacked that staple only a good trainer can give, and given Buboy's vast experience being Roach's second fiddle, his fighters fell short still coz he has a lot more to learn to be that trainer like Roach is.
Things will improve, but it's a matter of time, let's see if they got that in their hands.Comment

Protege: One who is protected or trained or whose career is furthered by a person of experience, prominence or influence.
So in a literal sense, Mepranum, who is promoted and mentored by Pacquiao, is a protege of Pacquiao.
