    Thats the best weapon for guys who are shooting in, use the pivot or sidestep out of the way and throw a knee in there.


    Now elbows I dont like cause it causes a cut and it stops the fight

      go to a thaiboxing gym. Ask the instructor for a knee. Come back and present your findings.

          I don't know about all that but it has helped out Boxing imo. Had UFC never came along we would of continued to get **** matchups. Now that there is no longer a monopoly on the fight game and boxing has a competition we get good fights. The next two months is a prime example of this.

            Note the word MOSTLY

            Rarely do flying knees get the job done. Watch MMA now a days. I can't remember the last time anyone's been caught in the Mui Thai clinch as effectively as Jackson did against Silva.

            And I can't count the amount of times some jackass got knocked out trying to flying knee someone.
