I am thinking Vitaly has superb defensive skills and still has great reflexes because one way you tear a bicep is by missing lots of shots - Briggs and Johnoson both had torn biceps in their fights against Vitaly. That says something about Vitaly's skills.

For the hell of it, when I jog I sometimes throw punches and sometimes when I'm in my house I'll throw punches for the hell of it. And sometimes my biceps are really sore like weeks afterwards. Am I tearing my biceps constantly because I'm missing my shots technically since I'm just punching air? Also, do bicep tears heal on their own? I hope so.
