So the excuse for Tony getting brutalized is not weight draining or being shot, but this time it's a 'fixed' fight, an elaborate scheme between Arum and DLH to engineer a win for a 6-1 favorite. They are going out of their way, risking their reputations as well as their freedom (could face jail time if caught) so they can make it so the guy everyone expects to win easily does so. Ingenious.

you have to admit is at least su****ious the way Toprank went out of their way to make the Margarito fight happen after his license was rejected even going as far as threatening to fight in Monterey Mexico if he is not licence.

LOL you've got to be kidding... if the fight is fixed.. Manny will have to be on it. Because this fight will be so one-sided that if the decision goes to Margarito, it will be blatantly obvious. Even if Margarito beats Manny, he's not a big PPV attraction, Manny has already stated that he has a few fights left in him - he will still make TONS of money even if he doesn't fight Mayweather. From the beginning of the thread I said that this fight isn't fixed. And if you don't think a popular Mexican coming off a huge win can't be a cash cow, then I understand your comprehension problem. If Margarito wins, a rematch will be made and be twice as big as this fight.
