Orrrr, just maybe he wants to get the fight made already? Manny called Floyds bluff.. What did Floyd do? Said he wanted to spend time with has fam and go on vacation, but we all saw how that turned out..

Actually he didn't. When your own team goes on HBO and states that "they agreed to pretty much everything on testing except for anything within 7 days", well, that's not agreeing.

Instead applauding Pacquiao perhaps you should encourage they guy to actually test and then go to work.

Like I've stated before, if this was demanded upon Mayweather and he brushed it off, it would be naive of me not to question him and ask 'why?' Pacquiao's response to random testing caused speculation.

What exactly did he "agree" to this time around? Because, again, we are hearing conflicting reports coming out of his camp. Arum said 14 days, he has said 14 days, then recently he said no days and Koncz is now talking 7 days. LOL...yea, I know.

And if he was so insulted about being accused he would have NEVER even started to neogitiate a fight...seeing as how, he was accused BEFORE he ever sat down at the table to negotiate a fight with Mayweather...think about it.

And, I would rather both fighters agree to whatever the other is proposing and be men and fight, that is what I would rather happen. I just find it hilarious how its fine when Manny wants this or that, when another fighter wants something, the world should stop for Pacquiao.

No cheat = No penalty.
