Lucian Bute is super overhyped. While the best of the division were squaring off in the tourney he was was facing sub-par competition and beating them like he should be. As a matter of fact, Andrade was robbed in their first fight.

The guy is an in and out predictable boxer that would get worked by most competitors that have participated in the tourney.

I a glad to see people get on this guy, because people bash Berto as well as others for fight nobodies when it is plenty of good competition in his division but yet he is fighting NOBODY, fight that last guy after beating Andrade and Miranda that was a HUGE step back, you are suppose to go forward and continue to fight better and better opponents, you don't beat 2 solid opponents then take a step back and fight a "Warm up Fight/BUM" just to pad your record

at least fight the loser of Abraham vs Froch

That's a good point. People get on Berto all the time, me included, but at least Berto has fought Collazo and Quintana.

Bute is out there fighting the Jesse Brinkleys of the world, and there are posters that think that Bute can **** with Andre Ward. Silly hamsters.

no it is not because he is from Canada, no it is not because he is White (reverse racism seems to be a popular thing on this forum hahaha), it has nothing to do with that, it is the fact that SOME people are rating him as the #1 fighter at 168 when he has yet to beat anyone besides...who...Andrade?
