For that matter, he put in on Pavlik in the later rounds too. Cintron also.

His stamina seems fine to me.
He took rounds vs Paul and Pavlik to re-charge.

His words not mine. Being this fat wont help him.

Personally I think Martinez may be smelling himself. Letting the hype get to his kid. Paul is hungry.

He shouldn't have, it's part of the reason why Mayweather and co. have the best stamina. Martinez' stamina is far from ****, but it's not Williams' level.

It won't really effect him at all. Unless he let himself go too far after the Pavlik fight (which is possible), he's done this before.

And it really does him no good to spend the bulk of his time losing the bulk instead of working on tactics.
I'm telling you man, a 5 mile run will knock off 3-5 pounds, then you lose around 3 pounds in a normal 3 hour session at the gym. They just melt away. He doesn't even have to go on a strict diet.

That's what I was just thinking. Someone on Team Williams knew that 157 would be a lot tougher for Martinez. Good for them I guess.

Look's like I'll be putting big money on Paul Williams, i was 50/50 before reading this.

It took Margarito to lose 35lb's in 8 weeks, who's a cardio & training freak, not sure how Martinez is going to pull this 1 out.

                I doubt that a lot.

EVERYONE on this forum basically said Martinez is a 154 Pounder. Just sounds like laziness to me from Martinez. Taking Paul lightly.

Thats not whats surprising. Whats surprsing is that he has to drop 20 pounds in 30 days.

He waited too late to try and pull this off.
