    No, Drug testing was part of the initial agreement. And team Pacquiao agreed. They changed their mind 3 weeks later.

        Mayweather agreed and signed to Pacquiao's requests. "8 oz gloves", "50-50", and "$10 million for every pound over 147 on the weigh in".

        Pacquiao didn't agree to Team Mayweather's sole request which was OST testing.

          Yep. Roach even ran his mouth about them taking any kind of test for the fight. Then they realized it's OST and ran for it
