Ugh half assed freestyle wrestlers don't win NCAA championships smart guy!

Wrong most UFC fighters were all champions in one discipline or another before going into the UFC. Example BJ Penn became the first person ever to earn a Brazilian Ju Jitsu Black Belt in 2 years and became the youngest man ever to win the BJJ championship in his weight class.

I disagree with the "tremendous wrestling skill" part.
Lesnar's way of winning is via brute muscle power. His
game plan is always to take down his opponent as soon
as the bell rings and pound him like hammer to a nail.
Unfortunately for him, Velasquez was stronger, punches
harder and difficult to take down. I don't see Lesnar
winning in a rematch. But anything can still happen.

MMA is like Criss Angel and boxing is like David Blaine.

When MMA came out it was MORE EXTREEEME and more flashy so people hopped on the bandwagon and claimed it was better. But no matter how much the sport whores itself out with its legion of WWE wrestling-looking fan crowd and gets thrown in our faces. When boxing sets up a big event, everyone drops their ****, EVERYONE. To watch whats about to go down, because unlike 5-15 minute championship fights in MMA...in boxing there's always a chance for another Gatti/Ward...or another Frazier/Ali.
