I'm done with this childish bull****. If you watch the Documentary, Roy's weight was weighed wrong and the dude who weighed Roy even admitted that he made a mistake. This kills your whole argument but your still gonna ignore it because ur an idiot.

Yeah I am sure a "documentary" produced by Roy Jones Jr or HBO is going to be compeltely objective in its assesment.
There's a difference between losing muscle and losing fat. When Toney balloons up between fights he puts on a lot of fat, and burning off fat can only make you better and stronger. When you start burning off muscle mass like Roy did you become lethargic and there are some very adverse possible effects to your bodily function and your brain.
I have no doubt in my mind that Roy's weightloss affected him negatively and may have damaged his career beyond repair. You people are idiots because this wasn't just a simple case of burning off fat to get down to his prime fighting weight. Like it was said in this thread, at heavyweight Roy was 200 lbs. and 7% bodyfat, basically ready to step on a bodybuilding stage as far as being ripped goes. That means is the man had an ounce of fat on him it was probably just padding his feet. 20 lbs of muscle is more then most cancer patients lose guys.
